Description: A large rock sitting on the edge of the sand in 15m, "The Rock" is a dive site used extensively for open water diver training courses. The rock itself has a deep cleft through the middle of it that is home to a wide variety of fish including long-snouted boarfish, banded morwong and wrasse.

This is an easy shore dive enjoyed by beginners and more experienced divers alike. Critter lovers have the opportunity to find seahorses and dragons in the weed "uphill" from the rock and hunter-gathers might even find a cray.
